What is "NewBreed Athlete" Training?
NewBreed Athletes is a fitness program designed to take your basic fitness/sports training program to another level. If you are getting ready to apply to college sports programs and you want to be fundamentally sound, physically fit and prepared to play with the “big boys and girls”, the NewBreed Athletes program will ensure you get to that next level. 

We do not believe in anything other than diligence, dedication and determination to move you from being just ordinary to extraordinary. We will help you to set fitness goals, monitor your nutrition and work on the areas of physical fitness that are germane to your sport. If you’re a football player, we’ll help you with speed and stamina, if you’re a baseball player, we’ll help you with agility and focus, whatever your sport of choice, the New Breed Athlete program will give you the fundamentals and focus, to move with success to the next level.
