The Big Loser’s goal is to burn & metabolize as much fat and calories as possible. We want to give you the workout you need to lose the weight, once and for all.
Our motivation is to see how many Pounds and Inches we can work-off per week. This will be the closest thing to the BIGGEST LOSER you will ever experience. Your job is to be ready for each day of training, through proper Nutrition, Cardio, weight resistance and Rest.
In the course of the three months you will learn what is missing and what uniquely works for your personal fitness goals and lifestyle. This is a very serious program that will not just change how you look, but transform you with a healthy lifestyle for the rest of your life.

Evaluation of Participants
Nutritional Guidelines and Food Journals will be taken Weekly. No Compromise.
Body Fat, Weight Scale, Measuring tape (Circumference) will be included in weekly evaluations. |
